Cancellation Policy

• $50 fee applied to all cancelled confirmed bookings per suite.
• One nights fee applies for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival date.
• No refund given for bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival date.
• No refund given for reduction in guest numbers.
• With third party booking sites the cancellation policy may vary.

Check In/Out
You are welcome to check in from 2pm and check out time is 10am.
Should you require check in prior to 2pm or after 6pm please contact us via email or telephone so we can ensure all arrangements are in place.
